Correro Canadiense - Colombia projects

Correo Canadiense, Canada's largest spanish language newspaper, together with parent organisation Multimedia Nova Corporation, has been supporting landmine projects in Colombia. Through involvement in a variety of events, including entertainers Juanes and Lopez, Correo has assisted tremendously in raising funds.

On March 4, 2006, $4,120 was raised during the Juanes concert and a post-concert event in Toronto - marking the first Canadian contributions to the new Adopt-A-Minefield initiative in Colombia.

Together with CORREO Canadiense, the Foundation presented Juanes with a certificate.
